Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! At Kubb.nl customer satisfaction comes first. On this page you can read exactly how you can exchange or return your order.
You can return your order up to 30 days after delivery. For returns we use a returns portal , allowing you to easily return your order.
Have we received your return in good order? Then we will refund your money to your account within 7 working days.
Returns Policy
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, we ask you to take the following conditions into account:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not be used and must be in new condition.
- Returns are only possible in full, including any parts and accessories.
Please note: Did you order via Bol.com or Amazon? The return process will then be via your account on their platform.
Returns process for orders via Kubb.nl
- Pack the item properly : Place the product in the original packaging and make sure it is well protected for shipping.
- Go to our return portal : Fill in the required details and select your shipping provider. You will receive a return label (print yourself or have it printed at the drop-off point).
- Return the package : Take it to a drop-off point of the chosen shipping provider.
- Checking and processing : After receipt we check your return. Everything in order? Then we process the desired option: money back, store credit or exchange.
